Wheelhead Motor and Speed Control

• CG50 Series:
• Adopts a double-speed motor with speed change via belt position adjustment.
• UCG50 Series:
• Features an inverter motor for stepless speed changing.
• Spindle adopts a sliding bearing structure.

Workhead and Grinding Options

• Workhead Rotation:
• The workhead of the universal type (UCG50) can rotate within 90° counterclockwise for inner or outer taper grinding.
• Internal Grinding Apparatus:
• Supported by precise roll bearings.
• Driven by separate motors for various spindles and pumps.

Design and Operation
